The tasks as an Onsite IT technician may vary depending on the client but usually involve:

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and conference room/AV technology
• Support and troubleshooting in Windows and macOS
• Account administration in Active Directory/Azure AD (Entra ID)
• Support and administration within the O365 suite, Exchange, and Citrix
• Client management in Intune/SCCM or equivalent

Your profile
 

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support in Service Desk or Onsite support
• Good knowledge of hardware such as computers, printers, and AV technology
• Documented experience with Active Directory, O365, and Intune/SCCM
• Good experience in troubleshooting in Windows and macOS
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious:
• Driver's license
• Experience with networking equipment
• Experience with computer repairs
• Relevant certifications
